My career in streaming TV, radio, and digital advertising in Baltimore gave me the opportunity to work with all kinds of local businesses and see firsthand how much a business can grow from the ground up. As much as I loved the hustle, I kept running into the same problem. Business owners saw the value in marketing, but they didn’t yet have the foundation in place to support it. They were expected to drive revenue through their websites, SEO, and social media without ever being given the tools or knowledge to understand what was actually working.

I had conversations with business owners who didn’t know how their website was performing, what their analytics meant, or why they weren’t showing up in search results. There was a gap between having a great business and having a strong digital presence.

 

I decided to fix it myself.
